The Haute Couture Week is heading forward and now it is Giambattista Valli's collection and easy hairstyles for 2017 that we are going to discuss. What first comes to mind looking at the models is that the collection is imperial. I mean it seems to introduce dresses for a court of a powerful emperor, yet looking quite modern. How is the balance achieved really? Emperor's court ladies would never reveal breast or wear mini skirts. The secret lies in the harmony of the separate parts. Valli fashion house have always created designs for partying, for young ladies, and these luxurious looks from golden age are updated with modern trifles. What makes the designs feminine are the jewels - elegant and huge precious earrings, jewel linings and borders on the blouses and dresses and even coats. Finally and most importantly all the looks are accompanied with easy bun hairstyles, without any hair accessories, intricate solutions, just simplicity and style.
Easy updo hairstyles 2017 Couture
The author design dresses are fabulous, meant for a fairy ball at a gran medieval hall somewhere in Versailles. To look like a modern princess at a wild party held in a famous palace the gowns will perfectly fit. They reveal shoulders and neck, yet close feet, so secret lies in balance. And gorgeous dresses are completed with easy updos that really upgrade them.
Ladies of the king's court wouldn't wear mini dresses, but modern party girls surely would, particularly these ones where the harmony is stabilized with huge sleeves, totally closed neck, thus revealing one part at a time. Runway hairstyles of the models are slightly tousled, as if they were not specially styled, but just quickly fixed in a bun or pony.
Hairstyles with bangs from Giambattsta Valli
With the winning majority of buns, some of the Valli girls hit the runway with bangs. Yes, short hairstyles with fringes in one case, and low buns with bangs in the other. Does it mean that bangs will be trendy? Not quite sure about it, but quite sure that bangs and short hair made the huge ruffled sleeves and playful laces look even more feminine.
